Harbek the Conjurer was raised by Gold Dragonborn after his dwarven clan was murdered, Harbek being the only survivor. The Gold Dragonborn, with their affinity for fire, had a difficult time raising the dwarf who they nicknamed "Lightning Bug", and so sent him on his way to learn more about the arcane on his own once he came of age. Sometime between that and now, Harbek found himself on a mindflayer nautiloid, hurtling through the planes. With a newfound larval inhabitant, Harbek now needs to find his way.
